Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. We understand that plans may change, and we have established a 48-hour cancellation policy to ensure fairness and transparency for all reservations.

1. Standard Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Window: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours prior to check-in to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours of Check-In: Reservations canceled less than 48 hours before check-in are non-refundable, and the full booking amount will be charged.
  • No-Shows: If a guest does not arrive for their reservation and has not canceled in advance, the full booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

2. Non-Refundable Reservations

  • Some reservations, including promotional or discounted rates, may be classified as non-refundable at the time of booking.
  • Non-refundable reservations cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded under any circumstances.

3. Reservation Modifications & Early Departures

  • Date Changes: Guests may request a modification to their reservation 48 hours or more before check-in, subject to availability and any applicable rate differences.
  • Early Departures: If a guest decides to leave before their scheduled departure date, the unused nights will not be refunded.

4. Extenuating Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. In cases of medical emergencies, travel disruptions, or other exceptional circumstances, guests are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible. While our standard policy applies, we may review cases individually and, at our discretion, offer alternative solutions such as a partial credit for a future stay.

In accordance with our Purchase Agreement (Section 9), refunds will not be issued for reservation cancellations due to:

  • Acts of God (e.g., earthquake, flood, severe weather).
  • Terrorism or acts of violence.

5. Cancellation & Modification Process

To cancel or modify a reservation, please use one of the following methods:

  • Online: Manage your booking through our official website.
  • Email: Submit cancellation or modification requests to reservation@perfektpause.com.

6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, but processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.

7. Cancellations by Perfekt Pause

If a reservation is canceled by Perfekt Pause, a full refund will be issued, limited to the total booking amount of the reservation. Perfekt Pause is not responsible for additional costs incurred by the guest, such as travel expenses or third-party bookings.

8. Policy Agreement

By booking with Perfekt Pause, guests acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.
